Jeff Williams-Tracy Named Fellow in AAARTA

Jeff Williams-Tracy, a partner with Harkey Lambeth, LLP, has been named a fellow in the
American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA), a specialty division of the
American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. AAARTA is a credentialed, professional organization dedicated to the
advancement of best legal practices in the area of assisted reproduction and to the protection of the interests
of all parties, including the children, involved in assisted reproductive technology matters.
Jeff represents intended parents, gestational surrogates, egg donors and fertility clinics in matters related
to assisted reproduction. Jeff has specialized in surrogacy law since 1999 and is among the most experienced
attorneys in the southeast dedicated to this complex new area of the law.
Admission as a fellow in AAARTA comes only after an attorney has documented, extensive experience representing
individuals and couples entering into ART arrangements. Each AAARTA fellow must verify that he has completed
representation in diverse assisted reproduction matters, such as drafting gestational surrogacy contracts,
obtaining pre-birth orders and finalizing adoptions for children conceived through ART.
