Phil Lambeth, a member of Harkey Lambeth & Gunter, LLP since 1972, practices primarily in the areas of commercial collections and creditors' rights, although he has extensive experience with general civil litigation, contested real estate matters (including lien enforcement) and estate administration. Throughout his career, Phil has cultivated many long-term clients who rely on his particular focus on commercial debt collections and creditors’ rights. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and handles claims referred by national forwarders such as Commercial Collection Corp. of NY, CST Co., Euler Hermes UMA, and Williams & Williams, Inc.
