Henry’s practice focuses on the areas of business and corporate law and estate planning. Henry provides the legal support that small to mid-sized companies need to protect their assets and remain focused on their business. He delivers competent outside counsel to businesses in need of legal advice on business documents and contract negotiations and agreements. A former bank director, Henry understands the complex financial workings of small to mid-sized businesses. His sage advice supplies the steady hand many business owners need to establish and grow their companies.

In the areas of trusts and estates, Henry brings a solid understanding of the complicated subject of inheritance and helps clients avoid problems with probate, which can be caused by invalid wills or ineffective planning. Henry oversees the transfer of assets to heirs and other beneficiaries while minimizing the potential for taxes and fees. Henry prepares wills and trusts, including charitable trusts. He represents the executor named in the will after the deceased has passed by providing advice regarding the collecting of assets and payments to creditors before closing the formal administration before the court.
